VBS Registration Form

Please use this form to register your child(ren) for this year's Vacation Bible School at Millbury Federated Church, if you wish to pay by credit card or bank account transfer. You will be taken to the payment page after you submit this form. Cost for VBS is $10/child with a cap of $30/family. (Note: At this time, you can only register three children at a time. If you need to register additional children, please click the link on the payment page to return to this form to submit additional registrations. You need only fill out the Parent/Guardian Name and then skip to the section on children's information. Thank you.)
